Idea Cocon is a eco friendly modular (dynamic capacity) car based on revolutionar connection technology. Cocon tackles the deficiencies of current cars such as: size, weight, emission, energy consumption.

Product We own the connection technology and have a proof of concept for it in another market (@Philips). Prototyping for our own eco friendly modular car will be the next step. Eco car frameworks will be delivered by our key partners.

Funding The plan is to go fast & quick to the market by targeting the big fleets such as consultancy firms, police, taxi firms, courrier services, … Therefore we are currently bootstrapping and need seed funding (not clear yet how much) to develop first prototypes of our technology and sell them to this market segment. Crowdfunding is the second aspect of our funding plans. We expect rewards within 24 months. Further development is expected from spillover effects to the rest of the family of our early adaptors.

Revenue We’ll monitize later. We have no revenue forecast yet. This will come with the prototyping phase. The price of Cocon will be value based. The ROI for the customer together with the manufacturing cost will determine the charge.
