In the eighties Goran Ekvall developed his ‘Climate for Creativity Questionnaire’. In his book ‘Leading on the Creative Edge’, Roger Firestien adapted this questionnaire to a 10 dimensions checklist. We help you to discover the most important elements that stimulate a creative climate in your organisation. We link them to the 5 most important elements of creative leadership. And together we find new ways to stimulate some of these dimensions in our own organisation.
