HNST is looking for a Product Developer with 2-3years of experience in product development.

HNST works with a small team and requires a candidate to have an entrepreneurial mindset, to be self-organizing and meticulous and to be enthusiastic about the products.

What should you expect:

In this role you would be shaping and developing the new collections while incorporating market feedback. You will be looking for innovative and sustainable production techniques. And you will be following the production. There is a balance between creative, communicative and administrative tasks.

HNST is looking for someone who is used to balancing between tasks and confident with adobe illustrator and Photoshop. Able to communicate at a professional level and ensure tasks are prioritised.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Keep systems and documents accurately updated
• Track all orders ensuring OC are received after PO’s are sent to suppliers.
• Inputting and updating specs in the system
• Creating launch packs, illustrating upcoming designs and product details for marketing and customer service purposes.
• Following the range plan, working on design packs, graphic artworks, and technical drawings
• Liaising with factories regarding development and production.
• Attending fitting sessions to aid in the capture of information
• Work closely with all other teams in the business to ensure the product life cycle is successfully followed through to launch.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years industry experience is compulsory for this role
• In depth knowledge of denim construction
• Live in Belgium
• Confident with creative software, such as Illustrator and Photoshop
• A proactive and forward-thinking attitude
• Attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible attitude and commitment to getting the job done
• Work well under pressure
