The role:

As a real team player, you will be part of a small and independent team. You will work closely with both the founders,

our production manager, as well as our marketing team. You are versatile, and like variety. You love different

challenges and are excited to tackle each problem that comes your way. Most importantly, you are proactive,

extremely organized and always meet your deadlines. You will be in charge of all logistics in the company, making

sure that twice a year our collections launch in stores in time. You follow up the timeline closely, while being in contact

with our warehouse and our customers. You will be the main contact for both our wholesale and retail customers

concerning shipments, while being positive-minded, and service-oriented.

Your calendar will vary from time to time, and when you are not occupied with your logistic duties, you will set up

different projects with your team members, providing general & executive administrational support. You are always on

top of it and make sure every project completes timely and successfully.

Responsibilities:

Operations & process manager

You set up various projects, working closely with the founders, production and the marketing team.

You follow up your projects and handle all communications. You make sure every project completes timely

and successfully.

Logistic manager wholesale

You’re the main point of contact for all wholesale partners. You receive orders, check them thoroughly and

send out order confirmations, making sure each order is confirmed and inserted correctly in our program.

You manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, making sure everything runs smoothly, and always keep a

close eye on the timelines.

Responsible for setup and coordination of warehouse operations.

You are in close communication with our manufacturers and warehouse, following up all orders.

Coordinate and handle wholesale client orders

Responsible for sales invoicing and corresponding payment requests

You are the main contact for all questions regarding the deliveries.

Logistic manager e-comm

You make sure all e-commerce stock is up to date & correct. You organize stock calculations twice a year.

You arrange and monitor all international e-commerce shipments, issuing commercial invoices, and raising

any customs disputes.

General & executive administrational support

You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office, including ordering office supplies.

You'll keep things organized, handle basic logistics, and ensure the workplace is well-stocked and

comfortable for everyone.

Qualifications:

Experience in the Fashion/Design industry is a plus

Microsoft Office skills
