Role overview

Join our dynamic and growing team as a Textile Sustainability Developer, where you'll leverage your expertise in textile materials and processes to support our clients and partners in making data-driven decisions on sustainable practices. In this role, you'll be responsible for integrating accurate, industry-relevant data into our Life Cycle Assessment LCA tools, offering strategic advice on sustainable practices, and making streamlined LCA calculations.

Note: This role is only available to individuals who hold a valid working permit for the EU.

Preferred
- Experience with LCA software (for example, SimaPro)

Key Responsibilities

Textile analysis: Provide insights on textile materials, production processes, and their environmental impacts.
Technical development Technical improvement of bAwear tools 
Data Integration: Ensure accurate textile data for LCA calculations and expand the library of product scenarios. 
Sustainability consulting: Advise clients on eco-friendly practices and materials.

Research: Keep up with industry trends and advancements in textile sustainability.
Client interaction and support: Translate complex data into sustainability strategies/insights.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree with a textile-related background
Experience: 2 years in the textile industry, focusing on supply chain sustainability.

Skills: Expertise in textile materials and processes, strong analytical and communication abilities. All communication will be in English, Dutch is a plus.
Passion: A genuine dive and commitment to environmental sustainability and making a positive impact.
