After previous successful editions in Ghent (2013) and Brussels (2015), a third edition of Creative Ville followed in 2019 in the magnificent Handelsbeurs of Antwerp! Recharging creatives with fresh ideas, inspiring insights and valuable connections. The event was filled with a carefully curated line-up of both local and international speakers from all creative industries.
The creative industry in Flanders is booming. Upcoming talents from fashion, design, film, music, theatre, games or advertising have been surprising us every day with their creativity and are furthermore internationally putting our region on the map. But there are also challenges: the translation from creative concept to commercial success is not always easy.
Creative Ville is the conference in Flanders for individuals who want to get inspired about entrepreneurship in the creative industry. Prominent talents, young heroes and corporate mediators share their experiences through talks and break-out sessions. This, encompassing all 12 creative industries. That way, designers can also learn from architects, or filmmakers from game developers.
