Service Jam Brussels
Creatives, unite! Hungry to learn about service design, co-creation and improving user experience? Join us at the Brussels Service Jam on March 29th till 31st to work on the next breakthrough idea in service shaping.
This is an annual event that is organized worldwide by and for service design enthusiasts. It's all about creatively solving problems and co-creating new service prototypes in 48 hours. Who can participate? People who are working in service design, students, academics, entrepreneurs or job-seeking service design enthusiasts.
What's a jam?
During a jam, you'll be working with people you might never have met before, bouncing insights and ideas off one another and building on what bounces back. And it's not just talking, you are here to build a functioning prototype and plan of action which you or somebody else might want to develop further. Can you prototype and plan in a way that someone could push the process of exploration further, knowing what resources they would need, what they should do, and who they should talk to? That's the challenge of the Jam.
What happens in those 48 hours?
Day 1: Form a team
Meet your local innovators, form teams, and pick a starting point inspired by a secret global theme.
Day 2: Build prototypes
Go out into the real world to discover insights and use them to start building something new.
Day 3: Iterate and share
Collaborate with your team to improve your prototype and share it with people in your community and the world.
