The Big Score Sessions Gaming: Call for pitching startups and game studios
At this event, eight game-changing startups active in GameTech and gamification, such as innovative game studios or promising new platforms, have the opportunity to pitch live on stage in front of an expert panel made up of industry experts, investors and corporate partners to receive valuable feedback.
The Big Score Sessions are a series of eight matchmaking events between venture capital or tech sourcing corporates and early-stage startups, offering startups the opportunity to pitch their propositions and receive live business feedback from an expert panel. Flanders DC is a curating partner for this event, organized by Startups.be | Scale-Ups.eu and Hangar K.

Requirements for pitching startups and game studios
- Active in Belgium
- Raised pre-seed funding
- Looking for seed / series A funding and/or corporate prospects
- Generating product revenue
- Strong clients / reference / use cases
- Solutions in gaming (tech) / game development / gamification
- B2B/B2B2C (not required but an advantage)
The concept
In total there are eight The Big Score Sessions. Each Session is targeted towards a specific tech vertical: logistics, gaming, fintech, digital healthcare, industry 4.0, marcom, sustainability & infrastructure, energy, and foodtech.
The Sessions follow a hybrid set-up: the pitches take place in the studio, where pitching startups and the expert panel are present. Simultaneously, all pitches are live streamed to an audience of ‘deep pocket’ investors, corporate innovators and attending startups who will follow the Session online.
Afterwards, all attendees have access to the online networking tool for prescheduled one-on-one meetings with startups, investors, potential clients and industry thought leaders to maximize growth.
