KAAI tells the story of two women, who travelled the world for their jobs in fashion and retail. Hurrying from a meeting to reception to catch the first flight the following morning. Their main companions: a laptop, a mobile phone and a lot of paperwork and women's stuff, all stuffed into their handbags.
Desperately looking for a stylish bag that met all their needs, they decided to create a new handbag concept for women "on the go".
The perfect work-life handbag, which is both functional and fashionable, feminine and fearless.
The collection is sold in the KAAI webshop https://shop.kaai.eu, our Studio store in Antwerp and our flagship store in Brussels as well as by multi-brand shops nationally and internationally.
As our business is expanding, we are in search for a B2B Account manager to join our team.
The B2B Account manager B2B is responsible for sales to Multibrand boutiques, Department stores and other B2B partners. This position requires strong sales skills, the ability to identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with EU customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
Ensure exceptional customer relationship to retain customers and increase sales.
Research and monitor markets to identify and acquire new potential partners with focus on key accounts such as luxury department stores.
Take the necessary initiatives to start up business with new customers.
Organization of the seasonal sell-in and order intake (BE and surrounding countries) as well as recurring orders.
Visit customers to ensure perfect product placement and provide trainings for the sales staff.
Set-up of « corners and pop-ups » at strategic locations and key accounts in coordination with the marketing strategy and team
Set-up of collaborations with local brands to expand brand awareness.
Organize pop-ups in big cities abroad to test local markets, support branding and online sales.
Work with the marketing manager for sales related viral marketing strategy and product launches to drive sell through and brand awareness.
Support wholesale accounts with marketing tools such as trunk shows and store events.
Manage Back office, follow up deliveries and customer care together with customer sales support.
Manage and update client database.
Organize regular mailings to potential customers to tease them for future collaboration.
Manage internal and update the sales database to ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Technical stops to present the design team with feedback from buyers to optimize the range plan.
Reports to the co-founder.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
Creative mind and able to work in an operational environment.
Strong writing skills and an extensive knowledge of Office 365, CRM is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar (luxury fashion) business.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Good communication skills with ability to build positive working relationships within cross-functional teams.
Flexible to travel and have a driver’s license.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Languages or related field.
Languages: Proficiency in Dutch, French and English are required. Proficiency in German is a strong plus.
