We are currently looking for a new talent to join our Logistics and Customer Service B2B department. The responsibilities of the new administrative collaborator will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure an ultimate customer experience. You will go to great lengths to help our B2B customers with their questions or problems. 

  • Management of the order portfolio, restocking and exchanges.

  • Management of the delivery planning.


Who are we looking for?

Here are the required education level, skills, and qualifications:

  • Administrative or commercial bachelor’s degree.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French and Spanish is an asset.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Strong administrative skills, precise, and good personal organization.

  • Autonomous, proactive, eager to learn by asking good questions and deeply understanding the processes.

  • Team-player, stress resistant & patient.
