E-commerce Manager (full time)
Christian Wijnants is womenswear brand known for its luxurious strong knitwear and translation into textural prints. The company has built a strong wholesale presence with a successful growing B2C business within its flagship stores and website.
We are seeking a highly experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing day-to-day operations for all e-commerce channels.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Coordinate and manage website, launching products with required data, descriptions and imagery
- Online merchandising
- Establish the website's requirements and roadmap while taking the brand's aspirations and constraints into account.
- Customer service in liaison with the Antwerp store team
- Supervise and on boarding the Antwerp store team in order processing
- Update stock and inventory across all platforms
- Track site performance and collaborate with the Tech team to identify, prioritize, and implement user interface and experience optimizations
- Participate in seasonal e-com shoots and product pack shots.
- Oversee the entire e-commerce image workflow, from selection to final retouching.
- Reporting on sales performance on a weekly basis
- Work closely with marketing and retail teams to execute e-com objectives and initiatives (weekly newsletters, marketing calendar, retail activations, promotions, product launches)
- Attend meetings with the creative team to give input on the collection based on retail sales performance.
Profile:
· Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce within a luxury sales environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
· Good knowledge of Excel, Shopify and Photoshop is a must
· Being able to think strategically but have a pragmatic and hands-on personality
· Good analytical skills and an eye for detail
