Botter is looking for a SALES MANAGER with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Botter works with a small team and requires a candidate to have an entrepreneurial mindset, to be self-organizing and meticulous and to be enthusiastic about the products.
What should you expect:
In this role you will carry the responsibility for the wholesale sales of the brand and the relationships with the wholesale clients and distributors. You will run the showroom and prospect new clients.
Botter is looking for someone who is confident in a showroom, who builds positive relationships naturally and knows the market well.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and deepen relationships with wholesale clients
- Prospecting new clients
- Showroom organization (internal as well as external)
- Preparation and follow trough of the sales agenda
- Analyzing sales performance
- Market research
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- An affinity with the Botter aesthetic
- Live in Belgium
- A proactive and forward-thinking attitude
- Flexible attitude and commitment
- Positive team-player
- Work well under pressure
